ROMUN is open to students from 18 to 30 years of age, interested in international affairs, international negotiations and diplomatic procedures. As all the conference will be held in English, participants are required to have a good knowledge of the English language.

How to participate

• Send in your application form to the e-mail romun@msoi.org, the subject should be “Delegate application form”.
• Once you receive an e-mail confirming your choice you will be able to make the payment. If after two weeks from the date in which we have sent you the confirmation the fee has not been received and we have no explanation/communication from you, your participation will be cancelled.
• From the moment we receive the confirmation of the payment you will be contacted by your designated committee which will provide you all the technical information.

Conference fee

1. For all the applications received within the 15/2/2010 the conference fee is 160 EUR.
2. For all the applications received from the 16/2/2010 to the 26/3/2010 the conference fee will be of 180 EUR".
3. For the members of MSOI (UNYA ITALY) the conference fee will be of 130 EUR. The members of MSOI may also profit by a specific training that will be arranged by every local MSOI group.

Please note: The members have to be effectively enrolled at the current social year 2009/2010.

The conference fee includes:

• certificate of participation
• all conference materials: pen, folder, technical material, gadgets
• n. 2 evening meals: cocktail of welcome at the registration night, gala dinner.
